·       What do you shoot?

Engagements, Weddings, Quinceañeras, Family Portraits, Newborn, Maternity Food, and Real Estate.

·       Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No, we do not. We eliminate duplicate images, test shots, miss-focused shots, shots with eyes closed, and any other picture that may dilute the overall product delivery.

·       Does your studio provide videography services?

No, only photography, but we can recommend to you a couple of fantastic videographers that we have worked with in the past.

·       What is your photography style?

Natural, romantic, and spontaneous.

·       Do you retouch every image of my gallery?

Yes, we do. Every image we deliver is post-produced with our style. This consists of color correction, lighting adjustments, and slightly softened skin if needed.

·       When can I see my gallery?

You will receive your online gallery within four weeks and your prints two weeks after you select your favorite photos from your digital gallery.

·       What size can we print our photos with our HR images?

You can print your photos up to 20x30 if you’d like a more oversized print, I will suggest you contact me, and I will send you the images you need to print with a proper resolution without an extra fee.

·       Do I have the rights to the photos?

You have the right to reprint your photos whenever you want. However, you may not sell your images for profit or publish them without Julia Crowson's consent.

·       How many images do you deliver per gallery?

Depending on the session. We deliver roughly 25-35 images per hour of shooting. Please remember that these numbers can change depending on the event and the flow of the day.

·       What if I lose my images?

We keep your images for up to 3 years, and you can have your gallery available to download. There is an $80 fee for additional downloads.

 

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

·       Do I need to give a deposit?

Yes, you do. We ask for 50% per session

·       Do I lose my deposit if I cancel my photo session?

Unfortunately, yes, you will lose your deposit if you cancel. Although, we are always willing to reschedule so you do not have to lose your money.

·       How can I pay for my photo session?

To make your experience easier, we accept

Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Checks, and Cash.

·       How do I reserve my photo session?

Your date will be reserved once we receive a signed contract and deposit.

·       Do you work with a second photographer?

I normally work by myself, but if you require one, I will do it

·       What is your payment schedule?

50 % of the deposit is needed to book your photo session. The rest can be covered once you receive your digital gallery.

·       How far in advance should we book you for our photo session?

It all depends on the kind of photo session you need. Please email to check availability.
